 Julian King
Investigative Paralegal

Julian King has spent over 35 years working in the police and private sector. A former Scotland Yard Detective specialising in International and Organised Crime he has conducted a number of successful investigations in the UK and abroad receiving several commendations. Mr King was also a First Contact officer assisting police whistleblowers who had exposed corruption and he formed the Independent Police Support Group in 2004 assisting officers in employment tribunal cases and challenging police corruption. Having also been in charge of a domestic violence and a community safety unit in one of the busiest parts of London, Mr King continues to assist victims acting as a Mackenzie Friend and Paralegal in Family Law cases including obtaining injunctions in Harassment and Stalking cases. 
Mr King regularly assists clients in challenging the police and Social services in child protection matters.  Mr King will go the extra mile to assist clients and after working in this industry for over thirty five years, his expert knowledge is second to none.

Neil Humphries LLB Hons
Consultant and Advisor

Neil Humphries has spent over forty years working in the Public Sector. A former Scotland Yard Detective who was called to the Bar at Lincolns’ Inn in 1993. He was a former member of the London Police Federation Joint Executive committee and on the Police Federation national custody Forum and Legislation committees. He is currently Assistant Branch Secretary of Westminster Unison Union.
Neil’s expertise is in casework and disclosure issues. He was a national trainer for the Advanced Disclosure Course for the Police and CPS. Co-author of the London Disclosure Manual and Joint Prosecution Team Manual of Guidance for Case Preparation.
As a Police Federation and Unison representative, he has supported members in Disciplinary Proceedings, Grievances and at Employment Tribunal Hearings, assisting in mediations and negotiations at a strategic level.
Since retiring from the Police Service, Neil has worked as an Investigator for a Human Resource Company in the Education Sector and with Westminster City Council.

Susie Russell
Vulnerable Person Support

Susie is multi skilled assisting us with a range of tasks ranging from Process Serving to acting as a chaperone when we deal with cases involving vulnerable persons.
Susie's skills and experience are invaluable where she is also a qualified carer and assists with cases involving elder and sexual abuse.
